Coffee#1 Telford — Restaurant in England

Love this place! I'll be honest I was getting a bit fed up of the usual chain coffee shops, there is just no feeling in them, no atmosphere.

I have been to Coffee#1 a few times now and the drinks are lovely (recommend the deluxe Mocha) the seating is great along with the atmosphere and the staff are warm and friendly what more do you need? I can easily sit here on the laptop / iPad and there is free WiFi too offered by "The Cloud". Only thing I did notice is I couldn't see any plug sockets available which meant I did have to leave earlier than I would to finish work.

The offering is that of all normal Coffee shops with the usual baked goods and cakes along with hot and cold drinks.

Parking is opposite (pay and display).

Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Accessibility is fine with nice wide doors, disabled toilet and the seating isn't fixed so a wheelchair user can easily get...

After spending a few hours shopping in Telford's amazing shopping centre, I came here to have a chocolate frappe and a baguette to relax from the noise and busyness nearby. The staff were very friendly, professional and knew what they were doing, and coffee prices were reasonable too. The vibe was also really nice too, and there were plenty of comfortable chairs which enhanced the experience.

NOTE: This isn't the fault of the cafe, but the entrance/exit of the shopping centre nearby is currently closed for maintenance works so you will need to go an alternate route to reach the cafe easily

For dog owners, there is some good news as there dedicated spaces for dogs to stay in the cafe.

A few more vegan sandwich options would be good, but the selection of sandwiches available are still...

This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will also be my last. Upon entering, I was ignored by staff and left standing at the counter while they continued their conversation. When I was eventually acknowledged, there was no greeting, and my request for a menu was met with a dismissive response directing me to “the side of the fridge.” The man who served me had a very poor attitude, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable.
