Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Ordered via the app and once I arrived informed the staff making our drinks that they were ours, confirming our name while she was making them. Once she had made them she proceeded to package them up, making a mess of our drinks too while I tried to again inform her we were already here and we’d take them in the cups. She ignored and carried on- I had to then inform the head Barista I was here and then I was finally given our drinks. Waited approximately 15 minutes for drinks that were made in a quarter of the time. Whats worse is the Barista who made our drinks didn’t even seem bothered about it!...

We went to Costa that's located in Next. It's obviously busy, but that shouldn't lower your standards at all. Girls who served us didn't have a badge, so I don't even know her name. She reheated milk about 5 times just while I was there. Overheated, added some cold milk etc. Either grinder was on the wrong setting or she had overfilled handles with coffee, but it wasn't flowing through... she clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing. Had to swap our coffees as they had no actual coffee in them, just milk. Disgusting milk by then... never coming back to this...

Friendly service but coffee sucked I bought 1 cappuccino 1 latte, I asked latte to be made from fat milk, both coffees tasted same blund watery, I can assure you I can get £1 milk coffee from local cafe which taste ton better, I felt £6 I paid on coffee was wasted, this is not my first time there but never had coffee this bad, I can not recommend this place to anyone as this was a place for coffee and they could not even get that right... Staff is very polite and friendly otherwise if I could give I give minus 5 stars...
