From my first interaction with her at Krispy Kreme Lakeside, she has stood out as an exceptional employee who genuinely cares about you and your experience.

Victoria’s listens attentively, answers questions patiently, and always makes sure you leave with exactly what you wanted. Whether it’s ordering a doughnut or a coffee, she delivers the same warmth and positive energy every single time.

Her work ethic is also very evident. Well presented and manages the stall with professionalism, keeping everything tidy and welcoming, even during busy hours.

Victoria consistently goes beyond the standard expectations, and it makes a real difference to the experience of visiting Krispy Kreme.

Had ordered 12 doughnuts for take away from lakeside on 21/3/21. We were struggling to find how to go in to the shop to collect. When called customer care, to seek help, the lady who answered the called started the conversation with a shouting mentioning that this is the 3rd time she is telling what to do. That was the first call I have made to the customer. Apparently she had been talking to someone else who was struggling just like me. She gave wrong info, just to get rid of me and was not helpful at all and more over answering the call in an agitated manner. That’s not what you are looking when asking for a help. This girl I believe from one of the European country lacks total customer service . Very arrogant and got bad attitude. This stall is opposite the ebebek shop.I asked do you still do the £12 dozen promo harry poster , she just pointed her finger to the price board. Said to download the app and say the secret word. What the hell is she talking about. Is this how you treat a customer. This sort of European girls and male should not be working in retail rather better work in warehouse.
