My partner and I came here for the first time, we found it while wondering around. It's a small place with about 5 tables, but the place is packed full of great food and love. You can tell the owners care about their place. We had 2 sandwiches, packed full of amazing produce, I'm a bit picky with my bacon and the chef took that and did it perfectly. We finished off the morning with honestly the best scone I've ever had Would 100% come back, added straight to list of our favourite places

What a find! The warmest of welcomes greets you when you enter. Good selection on the menu (my favourite was the 'that'll do' breakfast - perfect for a smaller appetite with no waste.) Really well cooked, good grub, in a quirky 70's vibe setting (including the tunes!). Lovely couple that own it - was a bit like sitting in their house having some brekkie and a natter. Perfect - 100% recommend (and I already have to friends going to Cornwall!)

What an absolute gem of a place. As soon as I sat down I thought “this has to be the same cafe in the semi autobiographical novel “The Salt Path” and indeed it is. Brilliant scones the size of a saucer, with the thickest cream, and jam. Don’t stop there - fruit, ginger, and white chocolate scones feature. My first and only Cornwall scone - nothing will beat Daisies. PS the Staff are kind, generous and wonderful.

There's a lot to like here, from the quirky interior, to the friendly staff and brilliant food. This is a must have stop on your journey through Looe. We ate towards the end of the day on Saturday and didn't feel rushed even though it was very obviously near the closing time.

The milkshakes were full of flavour whilst not being too sweet and the sandwiches that we had were 'proper slabs' from decent bread and quality fillings. The children's picnic represented great value for our daughter who likes to graze rather than eat a large meal of the same flavour.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even willing to banter with us all. You could also see that they had very good relationships with regulars which was reassuring. If the locals like you then you are doing well!

Two things to note is that they only take cash so make sure that you withdraw some from the cash-point down the road before your visit and that the toilet is very, very small so you won't be getting a wheelchair or similar in there. For the space they have available though, they have done their best!

Oh and as per other reviewers, the coleslaw...

We were recommended to this little cafe by the owner of our holiday cottage and o what a little find! Set back slightly from the main street this little cafe is dog friendly being very welcoming to them with a free sausage as a treat ! We had a daisy cream tea (scone was daisy shaped) .I bake and the scone was beautifully light plenty of jam and cream . Nothing was too much trouble for these proprietors and even tho they had run out of take away cups they gladly filled mine with coffee to take away. Unfortunately it was our last day or we would have paid another visit .But as we're going back next year we will b seeing...

A micro - mini cafe with a big personality.

Daisy’s is perfect for couples or groups of 1-4. There are 4 tables I believe, so it’s certainly not a place where you can always guarantee a seat. But it is worth a wait.

The service is not ‘fast food’ but again, it’s delicious and worth a very short wait. The hostess was a ray of sunshine both times we visited. She’s very friendly and amenable, with great local knowledge.

The decor has a 60s vibe and the scones really are shaped like a daisy. (There are also pretty big and very fresh.)

I literally had nothing bad to say about our visits, we will 100%...
