I have been ordering from your restaurant for a while now Every now and then if i want something it is not available in the restaurant This has happened for the fourth time If you don’t have a dish available in your restaurant why are you showcasing it on the menu ? How are the customers who’s ordering online supposed to know about your restaurant stocks and available dishes ? When i asked for a refund the person on call says please cancel the order which i did and i didn’t get any refund Because apparently the restaurant started “preparing” the order Why did you start “preparing” when you knew you. Don’t have this dish available ? Isn’t this misleading customers ? If it’s not available why is it on the menu on Ubereats You’re clearly misleading customers. Please don’t offer another dish in exchange just keep the dishes available in your restaurant which you show online Im gonna stop ordering from hereon and will also tell my friends to do so Highly disappointed for this sort of poor service I will show the order transcript if you blame me for being a fake...

We came across this restaurant by accident last Friday and thought we'd try it as there aren't many restaurants that still serve meat on the bone. This is a shame as the bone adds a lot of flavour to dishes and makes the meal more interesting as you have to prise the meat off the bone. The staff were very friendly and we decided to eat outside. The food arrived and it was absolutely amazing. The flavours and the spiciness was just perfect. I had the Karahi chicken on the bone and my wife had the lamb bhuna on the bone. We were so impressed that today we ordered a home delivery. It arrived in 45 Minutes as promised and was still piping hot and exactly the same phenominal taste as the last time. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Go for it and you won't be disappointed. This will defintely be our 'go to'...

After spending £45 we were given three inedible sides, a butter chicken that tasted more like blended up apple pie with chicken in it, and we didn't even receive the chicken tikka which the restaurant offered us in place of veg samosas it turned out they didn't have 40min after I ordered our food... The "onion bhaji" felt and tasted like they'd been cooked last week then ripped up and left on the side till I ordered them, the keema naan was burnt, very dry and tasted like it had been pulled out of a bin... I've got no idea what they gave me instead of sag aloo but it looked like diarrhea and didn't taste good at all, and all that with only the dips for poppadoms but no actual poppadoms.
