Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in England

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, nobody arrived... Called the restaurant to be told it's my fault because I didn't answer the phone but they never even called my phone!! They also had previously delivered a few weeks ago and had no problem delivering that order. Excuse me... Since when did DELIVERY mean answer the phone... You have a lot to learn... Ordered online and the wrap came with a burnt tortilla and burnt chicken.Unedible.The chips were also stale and tasted like they had been made a few days ago and were just warmed up in a microwave. Found a dead cockroach in my burger box on top of the chips, must’ve got mixed up. Called and told them got hung up on. Went down to shop and showed them but off course they didn’t believe me.
