Domino's Pizza - Blackpool - Squires Gate — Restaurant in England

Absolutely disgusting service from Joseph that works here. Clearly has no experience dealing with customers. Spent £40 for a pizza barely cooked, meant to be large but looked like an ultra thin medium pizza. Told us we should have sent the pizza back straight away but we still had more than half the pizza left from a family of 4 so we had all had a slice to try it. Freezing cold so we had no option than to complain when we didn’t actually want the fuss plus the kids were due bedtime so had to tuck in at first. Chicken wings freezing. It was sat at quality check for 18 mins. Joseph tried to tell me it wasn’t cold and it was a fault with the pizza tracker. Lies. No cheese on the cheese garlic bread. Joseph was utterly a disgrace for domino's and clearly doesn’t care about his job, the company he works for and his dominos customers. If I could give a no star review I would. Will never use dominos again. My order was messed up when called to get it sorted I was told could have a refund which I didn't want I just wanted what I paid for. So we agreed to get the order sent out another night. Rang today to get the order sent out to be told that that haven't got a clue what I'm talking about that the order we ordered than night they couldn't find. 51.99 we paid for 1 pizza and a side. There are currently 7 members of staff and only one of them is doing anything, our pizza is ‘ready’ yet four behind. If you cannot keep up with the demand either fire your shockingly poor staff and actually train and pay staff correctly or don’t say it’s ready.
