Abysmal. Worked away for the week, and travelled back to blandford on the friday. Worked a long day, then a 4 hour drive and thought I'd treat my family to a pizza night (takeaways are a rarity now with the cost of living). Guy behind the till was thoroughly unhelpful and disinterested. All he had to say was order on the app to get the best deal which I could've done there and then to collect (seems strange that the in-store deals are worse but anyways). But no he just proceeded to rush me through my order and charge me way over the price I could've paid for what I received.
Cheers domino's for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favour, if you're reading this. Avoid them. They couldn't care less about you and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. Even if that's resorting to slightly despicable and unethical practices.
Ps. I was also in kit (military), and I got a distinct vibe this played a part in the rudeness I received. Of course, no way to prove this. Suffice to say, a thoroughly awful experience.

As of 01/06/23, I was contacted by Dominos Customer Services and was assured that the Area Manager would be contacted to investigate the issue and kindly offered a voucher to remediate the situation. This appeased me somewhat I must admit and I think it is only fair for me to highlight their willingness to acknowledge this shortcoming and attempt to rectify it. Read moreI'm absolutely appalled! The ingorant and, may I say, incompetent workers at this Dominos franchise is a travesty. I ordered 2 large thin and crispy crust pizzas, one a meoteor and the other a ham & pineapple with the instructions to deliver it to my home in the left side of the doorway, 3 inches infront of the plantpot with the pizzas stacked with the top one at a 4 degree askew angle from the bottom one and this driver, had the arrogance had to drive in my driveway park his BMX bicycle on my driveway and walk with the pizzas towards my door and then the absolutely gull of him as he rang my doorbell with his greasy, slimey and frankly offputting girthy fingers which I have now sterilised 4 times to clean. After all of this, he then waited till I opened my doorway to hand me the pizzas, and not only this, the pizzas were also placed atop eachother at irregular angles and then he had the absolutely gull to ask me for a tip?! Why would I tip a man who could not follow simple and clear instructions! I'm going to be taking this case further, reaching out to the franchise headquarters in order to rectify your terible customer service and lack of knowledge and skill within the pizza...
Read moreTo date, beginning of January 2022, it’s been a good service both in delivery and pizza. Yesterday I phoned at least five time in the early evening and the phone wasn’t answered. Today I phoned 4 times after 3pm and only answered on the fifth time of ringing. In the past, when my call has been answered the female has said my name and address because it’s obviously logged from my previous orders which is impressive but today the female said she couldn’t see anything about me. So I placed an order but asked is there a staffing problem as my calls weren’t being answered and the phone line was immediately cut off. She had asked for my phone number which I gave her so I’m surprised not to have received a call back. For all I know she may have now put me down as a difficult customer and if I were to order again I’d hate to think what they might do with my order. They might do all the things we see in comedy programmes how catering staff abuse customer’s orders.
