Dissapointing Dominos Dinner!

Decided to order tonight as a treat for the kids and abit of a celebration, but was suprised to find that they DO NOT ACCEPT CASH for delivery. Online and telephone orders are card only, Which is highly irritatating if you want to use good old fashioned british currency! The chap on the phone was, I thought, quite abrupt and rude about it, as if I was requesting to pay with old buttons, and didn't even let me finish speaking when he out the phone down.

Highly annoyed, but the kids really fancied a Dominos treat, so proceeded to order online, but the food (pizzas) was not as good as usual (sides were ok), seems to be an increase in quite a dusty / crumbly pizza base, which really does spoil the tatse and leaves you feeling quite dehydrated.

Overall, a dissapointing meal and treat, especially with the prices they charge now for what seems to be a very sub standard product.

Depsite that, the delivery driver was extremely polite and professional. I would have offered him a tip, but then remembered that they don't take cash for...

Tried ordering online with the deals they have on offer as we were told on the phone by a member of staff it’s better to order online than in store as they have more offers. We placed the order and after the transaction went through a message popped up saying that it was unable to be made and we need to call the shop. We called the shop to have the phone answered by only what must have been someone on their first day as they were unable to help at all and sounded like they were half asleep. They have taken money and our order isn’t there. We went to caprino’s instead much better service. Due to so many times of trying to make my order go through my card ended up getting blocked due all of these attempts. Will definitely not be ordering...

Cold Wrong topping Including onion and shredded lettuce Awful, apparently the system went down and they still charged full price. Had to reheat it in the oven and scrape off the wrong topping. After having got intouch me the customer services team now want screenshot of the order even though they have the order number and want a pic of my uncooked cold wrong topping pizza which I don't have as I did not take a pic of it. Making me feel like they think I'm a liar . Not ordering...
