Worst domino’s experience! We ordered 6 pizzas, received 5, and 3 of them were without toppings that were supposed to be there? We then called to ask about this and they had apparently run out of the toppings but they could’ve had something that said they were missing toppings??
We also asked about the missing pizza and we were told that the driver had just left (the lady on phone asked her manager what to say and clearly their approach to missing pizzas is to just shush the customer). Half hour later no pizza… so we called again and the man on the phone said he’d send it now, so they had lied the first time?
5 minutes later we get a call back from them saying we can’t get the missing pizza because they ran out of drivers, but low and behold 15 minutes later a domino’s delivery driver is across the road delivering another pizza, so they lied AGAIN.
Veggie supreme were the pizzas we were missing...

Update, retried as I had a craving. Big mistake, this time, I had no food poisoning as of writing this review. (10 mins after). However, the cheese was ridiculous. Swamped and smothered. On top of that, the thin crust it's on made it taste like I was eating wet cheese cardboard. It seems no improvement has been made. I fear it is a lack of quality control, we all know dominos uses it as a wait while drivers are out. but my god, could you actually just once over the pizzas one time. Read moreOn the 4th of October at approx. 20:10 I ordered a pizza for delivery, to penryn campus the driver, Mark I believe his name was called me to let me know my order was on the way. In the background I could hear 2 people shouting at the driver (possibly the managers) with regards to the weather which was very bad and not safe to drive in. After a brief encounter they were arguing with Mark at this time. Mark told them to stop as the comments were unneeded, they ended up sending Mark home, and this ended up with them sending another driver, which delayed my order by about 25 min. My order was stone cold. Mark did apologise for delay, and unprofessional encounter I had heard. Once I’d received my cold order, I tried for over an hour to get through to the store and had no answer. Mark was lovely, but the service in store...
