Domino's Pizza - Penrith - Cornmarket — Restaurant in England

Terrible terrible customer service. We waited for over an hour for our order, phoned up to check the driver hadn't got lost as on the "track your driver" feature it showed the driver had been literally into our close and then left again.

The man we spoke to was incredibly rude and kept saying our order was in the oven. We asked him to confirm what the order was incase he was getting us confused with another order - as ours said it was out for delivery etc. He then pretended he couldn't hear me and just kept snapping at me and offering to just cancel the order.

I asked him to confirm what was happening and he then admitted our food had been dropped on the floor and apologised?! I then asked to cancel the order and he took great delight in telling me that my refund would take 2-3 days to come through.

Disgusting lack of customer service from the store. We've been in touch with their centrally managed customer services.

Food is always nice but bad services by one driver in particular scams you out of money twice this has happened by the same old guy first time we didn't really kick up much of a fuss but this time was different our food was £34.70 I think it was but gave him extra 10p so he said I'll just get the change from the car but we said oh it don't matter keep the change not long after he proper bangs on the door demanding more money off us saying we haven't given him the correct amount when we did as that's why he was originally going back to give us change back I don't really understand why this has happened he wasn't even nice about it he had horrible attitude. Ordered a £20 pizza online and payed online. Pizza #Delivered about an hour later and #Delivery driver charged my partner £20 cash. I wasn't in at the time the robbing foreigner conned us out of £20, complained to the manager at Penrith Domino's who called me a liar. Won't ever be ordering pizza from this cowboy company ever again. Also the staff are all none national and talk in a foreign language, point at you laugh and generally give you a bad vibe about the spot. Avoid there's other takeaways in town that do pizza better...
