Domino's Pizza - Rushden — Restaurant in England

Went into the store to order 2 pizzas for a friend and her family when got home one of the pizzas order was completely wrong called up to let the know they said they would deliver to use in half an hour toke them an hour to get to use and only live 15 minuets away from the store once delivered again order was wrong still as was only beef as a topping and 2 of the family members are unable to eat beef as are allergic I was not happy and will not be ordering from there again and going to contact head office to let them know. I ordered some chicken wings today. Shop opened at 11 but could only get a slot 15 minutes later which was strange given there was no one before me. Food was was okey but as someone else mentioned there was not text to say it was ready. Also on the sit I had to re register for my account. Even though I already ordered something from them last summer when they gave me several bottles of coke when I only on bottle so that was a bit of saga as well. I think I will use this service again but the what I’ve just mentioned should probably be looked into to improve...

Ordered a tandoori hot pizza , got delivered a plain chicken tandoori pizza with very hot spices , phoned to complain, you have my contact details, did it never cross you mind to call and say sorry we have none 🤬and did you consider allergies when spices were added

More to add , the credit to my account was never done, phoned this evening asking to speak for a manager , unfortunately the person on the phone forgot to mute the phone (doh) and everything was heard , spoke the the assistant manager and the credit was never authorised lets see...
