This is MUST NOT order place for your takeaways if you would like to have a peaceful evening with the order delivered correctly. The personnel is very rude and big headed. The delivery is always late. Almost all the time it is under cooked which means that you have to put the pieces of kebab in oven to make it edible. Every time and I repeat every time they forget to include everything what you paid your money for. Sometimes the forget salad, sometimes pitta bread, sometimes pieces of meat etc. Their food is extremely high in price and low quality. The price is high has they would like to capitalize on the convenient location in the heart of highstreets however do not be fooled by this fake approach. Just an example the mixed kebab dish they are selling for £18.00 and in most of the alternative kebab shops in Rushden it does not exceed £14.00. Moreover one of the big headed members of stuff who calls himself a “manager “ has implemented a new technique since he entered the job recently. Instead of delivering your sauces in pots he insist on his staff to put them directly on the top of the meat which ruins the dish and makes it unsuitable to be warmed up in microwave or oven later at home. This is to make sure they additionally charge you 50 pence for the price of plastic cup in which the sauce should be preserved and which you are entitled with the dish free of charge. Needless to say that this cunning approach of this guy will not take them far but to ruin their own business. On the top of that the weekly order from that place has become a struggle and stress when after them delivering food undercooked and late you have to make a follow up call to the person who calls himself a “manager to demand” the missing points of your order for which you paid the correct amount of money. During those calls this big headed personnel belittling you and make you feel that your call is as unwelcome as if you were to ask for the half of their dad’s inheritance instead of your order for which you pay being delivered correctly. They do not allow you to open your mouth with unbelievable statements like “mistakes are alright” Since when the mistakes are alright besides mistakes which take place every time, without even an apology? Or the one I heard from him was his proud statement that he “delivers 100 orders per day” which to me makes as much importance as the snow in Antarctic for a penguin since I am interested only in my order for which I paid to be delivered correctly. Or on my remarks that he cannot charge me for additional plastic pot since it is illegal, against what they say in many and against the assurances of their owner this person who calls himself a “manager” replied that “the owner does not cook and he has no idea” In addition to that this arrogant big headed man on my frustration that our order is wrong called me a drunk over the phone which constitutes a direct abuse and is against my religious beliefs. This place seems to be owned not by the owner who approvingly licensed to the lies and abuse from of his “manager” but the owner somehow seems to be owned by this man who is constructively ruining this business and owners client bases since taking the role with his abuse, illegal and cunning method of charges and continuous failure to deliver correct goods for which the members of public paid their money. I am currently in process of the complaint to the authorities for violation of UK Consumer Act of 2015 and will be pressing the complaint to police for the abuse received on the ground of violating my religious believes. Ordered 2 pizzas. and 1 garlic bread PIZZA.

The pizzas were awful, had no flavour and wasn’t what I had requested. Had mushrooms on even though mushrooms was not apart of the pizza and I didn’t request mushrooms, whole pizza just tasted of pure mushroom and had a horrible taste. the garlic bread was supposed to be a pizza but was just a cheap nasty looked like shop brought garlic bread, was thin had barley any garlic seasoning and was supposed to have cheese which it did not arrive with cheese.

Really disappointed, would like to think a couple of pizzas and a garlic bread would be easy not to get wrong. Wouldn’t go here again definitely not...

Unbelievable. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a takeaway. I placed an order late at night waited patiently only to be told that I supposedly called to cancel it. Total nonsense. I never made that call, and they just flat-out lied. No food, no refund, and no apology. £30 gone, and all I got was attitude and silence. Reached out multiple times and got completely ignored.
