Domino's Pizza - Shrewsbury - Battlefield — Restaurant in England

I am going to think twice before I order from this branch of dominos, last time was new years eve where I pre ordered for a set time. Two hours after It was due I rang to find out that it hadn't even been processed. And that they were busy. Well that is why I pre ordered early. Should have known better to order from there again which I did tonight.

Ordering was the easy bit. Timing it so that the takeaways arrived with in time of each other is another thing. So when we had the message to say it had left we got the food for the others in the house. We returned expecting to see them eating already but no. It wasn't there. 30 mins later still not arrived. Puzzled now as it only takes 10 mins to get from where it comes from to me. 40 mins after that and the others had finished their food it arrives teppid and battered.

That just made my choice for ordering from that branch again. Town centre one is souch better in every way.

Driver was wearing as I would describe it a chin diaper and didn't even attempt to pull the mask up. Really!! It's only been 10 months since we had to start to wear them has he not understood how to put the thing...

Had our pizzas (one meaty & one veggie) delivered and both were raw and cold. Called the store and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic, just said they were busy. We didn’t eat any of the uncooked pizzas and asked for some new ones to be sent out to swap. The new ones arrived over 50 minutes later and were even more undercooked!! We could not believe it! Told the delivery driver to take both sets back as completely inedible and a huge health risk. Sadly this is a reoccurrence. Will not order from here again. Someone’s going to get food poisoning from this place. Called the store back to ask for a refund. We didn’t even kick up a fuss as we knew there would be no point and yet the man was still very rude an unapologetic. Wouldn’t even help us and said just use the app. Took dominoes ages to give me a refund and didn’t even reply to my message regarding this whole matter. Dismal. Can’t complain about the delivery driver though, he was clearly rushed off his feet and did apologise,...

I ordered two large pizzas at 7:25pm with quoted delivery times on the website listed as "35-45 mins". I received a text notification at 7:58pm that the order was out for delivery (we live 4 miles from the store).

AN HOUR LATER at 8:58pm I called the store to ask where the order was - the person on the phone said that "we are busy and understaffed, so pizzas are taking longer than usual, however yours is out for delivery". At 9:05pm, the delivery driver arrived with our pizza.

The pizzas that arrived were cold to the touch, which was totally unacceptable. I raised a complaint via the Dominos website and received a response from the store manager for "50% off your next order" which is the standard deal this branch offers to all customers. I've gone back to Dominos Head Office as I would like a full refund for the cold pizza that took 1 hour and 7 mins to arrive at our home from when it left the store.
