Domino's Pizza - Strood — Restaurant in England

I’d like to extend a big thank you to the entire team at Domino’s Pizza, especially the manager and all the hardworking staff. Every time I order, I’m impressed by the consistent quality, fast service, and friendly attitude that make the experience so enjoyable.

The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and perfectly made — just the way I like them. Whether it's a classic Margherita or a loaded pepperoni, the flavors never disappoint. The crust is spot-on, and the toppings are always generous.

Hats off to the manager for running such a well-organized and customer-focused team. It's clear that everyone takes pride in what they do, and it really shows. From order to delivery, everything is smooth and hassle-free.

Pizza from the Strood branch given me and my partner food poisoning twice. The first time my partner threw up the night after eating dominoes. We thought it might have been a coincidence so brushed it off. Tonight we ordered again after a couple of months and after feeling the same way my partner has been throwing up a second time. This time I've also felt very unwell and nauseous. This has not happened when we've ordered from other branches so it isn't an allergy or reaction to any of the ingredients. Makes me worried about the hygiene quality at the restaurant. Are they not cooking things properly or using out of date ingredients? Won't be ordering...

Just ordered and the website changed the address and this is not the first time this as happened. System is bugged in Hoo area as when I’ve put in the address on the system it’s been correct and after I place the order it goes up or down an address number. From other dominoes locations delivery is perfectly okay it is just the Strood location that has problems with their ordering system. Would recommend going to other locations for delivery or just collect from Strood but probably best to avoid the Strood branch. This is disappointing that this has happened on more than one occasion with the Strood branch but not...
