Domino's Pizza - Torquay — Restaurant in England

Absolutely disgusted in the managers behaviour & organisation at this store. Ordered a pizza early on in the day around 4:30/5 o’clock and was still trying to chase up my order around 9:30pm!!! They said that they had tried to deliver the pizza and call us but they left again as there was some confusion on their behalf with the address given and they apologised (bearing in my mind we never got one missed call from them..) They then said that they would send our pizza out again right away and yet again an hour later I had to phone them again! I was then told that actually they had decided not to make the pizza again, nor give a refund and that we won’t be able to have our pizza at all!!!? Im mean whattt? A pizza we ordered hours in advance, plus delivery, even with us ringing to say we would pick the pizza up if it’s an inconvenience for them sending it back out and now they’re telling me I can’t have it at all??? For what reason I will never know. I had spoken to the staff politely on every phone call but by this point I had, had enough understandably so I asked to speak to the manager to ask what the hell was going on . He looked into it and said “Ok we’ll send the pizza out to you” I explained that they have said this all day to us, how will I know that this time it will be legit and we will get our order and he just apologised at a push and said it will be. They ended up turning up with our pizza roughly around 10 o’clock and gave us a garlic dip on the house. Wooow, very kind of them.. Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. Never use Dominoes Torquay. The final straw for me after putting up with over priced, bad quality food came last friday night. I ordered online at about 8pm as using the phone is terrible and down right painful. I then received a phone 35 mins later in inform me that my order was going to be delayed by 2 hours! The staff member was rude and obnoxious with an awful attitude. I was shocked to be honest and then she just hung up on me. I rang the store back and asked to speak to the manager. I was told "she's busy". After I insisted I finally managed to spoke to someone who sounded no more than 18 years, old who then told me I couldn't have a refund and would have to wait 4-5 working days! Just to get my money back?! Worse customer...

Discusting customer service by the manager. Ordered a delelivery at 6. waited then phoned many times even stood out side on a main road for 40 mins waiting for delivery man. I was then hung up several times by the manager after trying to get a refund(again). She was dame right rude with customer skills which were absolutely non existent. I ended up having to drive 5 miles to get a refund at 9pm at night with two very hungry upset children who had wanted a treat for tea! Head offices reply? surprisingly there wasn't one at all. Really appalled by the state of this establishment. Pizza Hut opposite however couldn't have been more lovely. Shame on...
