Where to start. Ordered food simple order fries, chicken bits and 1 pizza. Arrived in time but that's where it all went wrong. Chips were hard and under cooked. The chicken bits just warm. The pizza Luke warm at best. Rang the store who point blanked refused this was possible. Actually said we were lying. Offered absolutely nothing in sense of customer service. Told me to goto head office customer service if want to complain. Most they can do was 50% refund. Staff rude, unhelpful and zero customer service. So it got even worse. Reported it and the 1st reply got was the food was delivered case closed. Had to repoen the case to then be told the same rubbish of how it impossible that any food can be undercooked or cool etc This went back and forth for ages. They said should of taken a picture. How does a picture show temperature?? Or raw chips 😳🤣. They also confirmed the store CAN NOtT process any refunds. So another lie.... funny the calls are not recorded but lucky for me my calls are recorded. So did a charge back with my bank got full refund for the entire order. Will NEVER use this store or any dominos again. If you lucky to get a hot correct order you will be fine but God help anyone who has a issue. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. I had very clearly ordered a Vegetarian Masala Paneer Pizza, but instead I was delivered a chicken pizza. I am a pure vegetarian and this is not just a preference but a matter of personal ethics and faith.
There was no slip or label on the box to indicate what pizza it was, and the delivery person could not communicate in English to clarify. Trusting the order to be correct, I started eating and only then realized that it was chicken. This was a deeply upsetting and shocking experience for me.
Such a mistake is completely unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. Food orders, especially vegetarian vs. non-vegetarian, should be handled with the highest level of care and accuracy. Your lack of labeling and verification directly led to this serious incident.
I request an immediate explanation and a formal apology from Domino’s for this grave mistake. I also expect a full refund for my order, and for Domino’s to take action to ensure this never happens to any other customer again.
