Flame Pizza Express — Restaurant in England

Ordered at 8.10 but it still wasn't here at 9.30 so I rang up and was told it was on its way. Still didn't turn up so rang again and was told the driver was near my house but couldn't get past a police loading a car onto a wagon,went out to look and there was nothing around. Eventually at 10.30 it turned up and the pizza box was all soggy and the food was stone cold. Had to ring up again and go and collect a fresh order before they closed at 11. Do not eat here if you have any food allergy. I asked for a check burger got sent coupons instead can't eat breaded coupons as they have pepper in and I react to it.
