Gail's soufflé egg sliders are a must-try for any brunch lover. The eggs are cooked to perfection, with a light and fluffy texture, and the cheese is perfectly melted and gooey. The slider buns are also delicious, soft and chewy with a hint of sweetness. Overall, these sliders are a delicious and satisfying meal that is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Here are some specific things that I liked about the sliders: * The eggs were cooked to perfection. They were light and fluffy, and they had a perfect amount of salt and pepper. * The cheese was melted and gooey, and it added a delicious richness to the sliders. * The slider buns were soft and chewy, and they had a hint of sweetness that complemented the savory flavors of the eggs and cheese. * The sliders were a good size, and they were filling without being too heavy. Overall, I highly recommend Gail's soufflé egg sliders. They are a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for brunch, lunch, or a snack.

Delightful experience. We were served by Ashwini, who was courteous and provided quick service. We had Parmesan Chicken, Avocado on Sourdough toast, Ham and Cheese Croissant, Spinach and Feta Cheese Roll. The Parmesan Chicken and Spinach Feta roll were delicious and I absolutely loved those. The HC croissant was a bit too cheesy for me. Overall the experience was lovely, the place had a great vibe.

Great selection at the bakery. I had a croissant, which was big and very tasty. Flaky on the outside and squishy on the inside. The coffee was great too. Bonus points for it being in a decent sized mug. I love coffee and go to a lot of artisan coffee shops, but some of them serve a latte in a tiny glass. I like a big coffee. Busy but lots of seating and outdoor seating too.

Visited to so many Gail’s bakery across London, Henley, Windsor and many more but never come across the team behind the till in Wokingham . I’ve changed my IPhone to new and I had to sign in all my other apps including my Gail’s to get my stamps. But this app didn’t allow me to sign in when I was in the shop. Then I asked the team what happens if I can’t sign in and loose my new stamps which i spent over £20 that day including 3 coffees . The girl behind the till who had no smile on or understanding said that it’s to be be only the app to collect your points. Where’s the encouragement for the customers to spend more??? It was so dissatisfying. As in my experience with other coffee places did put the points on a new card which should be always the case as a good customer service or customer rights?! Instead being not friendly but stern and cold and with a kind of attitude towards “I don’t care that’s your problem” I do love the actual Gail bakery but it puts me off visiting especially the local Wokingham branch. Also not happy to pay Eat In charge for every single item you purchase and no cash paid policy in the bakery. What happens if you’ve left your card at home but you’ve got only cash to pay with?! Then double trouble embarrassment by these snobby team after you’ve ordered...

Please rewrite below

I’m regular customer of Gail’s. I love their food. I had a bad experience with a staff member who was extremely rude to me when I was taking our coffee’s and refused to give baby drink saying I haven’t paid for it. According to my memory it was free. I went to cashier again and asked to pay, cashier said it was free. Later I sat down with my food and I was talking about the attitude of the person who served coffees to me. A gentleman overheard who sat next to me with his family. He said he felt like she treated them like they were asking a favour. So I said okay I will complain and realised the person who served us was the Wokingham branch manager. I didn’t want to write this review thinking it is not fair for other staff but had no choice since she is the manager and she would not correct her attitude. I was reading previous reviews now and realised many people have commented about a rude lady. It is shame because I really like Gail’s but it seems like they have let this person carry on her rude behaviour and has not addressed it. Customers are not...
