Greggs — Restaurant in England

We went in today (the festival was on in town so it was very loud and very busy) but we weren’t waiting in the queue for long. I was served by Drew who was very polite, really friendly looked like he was enjoying his job which is always a positive, he got exactly what we ordered and the food was delicious. Generally we always have a pleasant experience when we go to Greggs, however I have noticed the prices have gone up quite a lot but that is no reflection on this specific store. I never eat in so can’t comment on that...

Went in to Greggs today as usely get good service but today I was disappointed with the service as I was pushed into buying something I didn't want and had to argue with one of the lady's there over this she wouldn't stop asking after me saying no about it six times and was extremely rude and had to buy the items to shut her up when we went to eat our what was ment to be hot food was cold seconds after being given it. now if that's the costumer service people get then there gonna be going out of...

Went in at Lunch time in the week and all that was available were sausage and bean melts and sausage rolls, not what I wanted but I was hungry so asked for these. Apparently the sausage rolls had already been sold. Didn't know you could reserve food at Gregg's!!? Awful service, awful planning by the staff not to have anything available at lunch.
