Greggs — Restaurant in England

If I can put 0 stars I would this is not the first time they have messed up my order. The first time they messed up I went into the shop they blamed the just eat driver for the order. Spoke to the manager no apology. She said there was nothing she could do. No attempt to help. The person that did the order said it was the drivers mistake as the receipt fell off even though it was firmly attached to the order. This shop is badly run someone needs to have a good look...

Never no omelette only bacon and sausage so no good for vegetarians. You can walk in at 9am and they tell you sold out! I guess they just can’t be bothered to make it. Single cakes they don’t like to sell you as it gives them a job to do putting them in bags so they make you take a box with two that are wet and sweaty! Some good staff one or two bad who look like they want to be anywhere else but here! Just what the paying costumer...

The old greggs was so much better. Only been open a few weeks but multiple times no sausage rolls, cash only (like today) or greggs app not working, also no structure as you walk in the front door when busy people queue up in 2 different places but right next to eachother. Hopefully goes better like the last location but...
