Nacita’s Coffee Middlesborough — Restaurant in England

Well how do I start… this is perhaps the 4th time I’ve been here. The first 2 times I didn’t like the food as such, ‘cause nothing special, plus the congested space between tables. Anyhow on my second last visit I happen to like their coconut & raspberry slice. Lol but that’s not why I am reviewing them right now. The thing is we went there today afternoon with our kids, who are because of holidays with us all the time. And of course I admit that we were a little loud, and the manager or whoever, one of the staff members, who is Chinese perhaps with a bob cut, she almost announced out loud away from our table that how much noise we are making and disturbing not only the other customers but herself as well as she can’t work in such noise. Lol God knows that woman ever had kids or not, but the thing is you’re suppose to come to your customer’s table and say at least once nicely, politely. And not cause other people staring at us. She was such a menace we faced today, and it was a horrible experience for all of us. I mean what are you trying to show to the kids, and us adults and other customers?? I am even amazed at this experience as I always heard and experienced good things about Indians and Chinese people with their hospitality. And I understand I could be wrong if that lady was actually Chinese or not… but the thing is you don’t deal with your customers that way. Not going there again. And would not recommend to another person this cafe again. Very poor...

Very disappointed.......the food was cold,the coffee was cold...we couldn't find a clean table as they were all covered with dirty plates,cups,rubbish etc....... After we made our order we then had to go and collect our own drinks......I thought this was dangerous, surely it would have been safer for a member of staff to bring the drinks to your table? When we wanted to use the toilet we were told it was out of order and we couldn't use it.....I asked the staff if was OK to have an unusable toilet in an eating facility and they just looked with blank expressions on their faces....they didn't have anything to say until I walked away and I could hear them laughing .....they obviously thought it was funny. Customer service appalling, very rude,no care attitude,dirty surroundings, and the food was nothing special......to much competition out there now........we...

Disgusting customer service, not going again. I ordered a mocha today and it was very light, it was like a hot chocolate. I asked for a shot of coffee and the girl with the bob black hair said straight away ‘60p’ showing that she was really annoyed. Then she looked at the blonde lady behind the bar who was also annoyed. I paid the 60 pence. No manners and poor behaviour. At the same time the table next to us was also complaining to the girl with the bob black hair.
