Harbinger Arms — Restaurant in England

Went for a carvery today, which was very nice however there was a confusing queue system - everyone had to queue just to get to a table even if you had booked and it was really busy. Food was good, lots of choice of vegetables and apparently if you book close to 12 they have a bigger choice of meat. When we arrived at 2.45 they had a choice of beef, pork or turkey which was perfectly fine for us. The turkey was very tender.

I would have given more stars but I was very disappointed to find there were no baby changing facilities. When my husband asked he was told there was a bit of worktop next to the sink in the ladies toilets. I went and had a look and it was far too small to change a baby and right in the way of the door. We popped in here for drinks on way home to where we are staying. Wonderful choice of drinks. Good friendly service. Made to feel very welcome.
