Only give this place a try if you are collecting your order as delivery takes AN AGE. Literally an hour+.

And if you do collect, ensure your order is correct there and then as we've had several instances of missing items - and when you flag this, the service is appauling.

Final straw was today - forgot the topping on the pancakes. (Previously forgot the pot of Nutella but we left it continued to support the small business through covid). I called about missing topping and was met with a blase attitude from the owner and a complete lack of care. Surprising given we spend £15 every weekend there (as my online account shows) but it is fine, the attitude is his perogative, as it's mine to spend my money elsewhere.

My honest review would be: Extremely slow service (twice we've even had collection times missed - don't worry though, they offer a free can of pop for this.....)

-Girl on the front desk is nice enough

-Food is OK. My girlfriend likes the pancakes which is why we go. The rest is as good as you can make at home (which is poor in itself as we go to restaurants and pay to have someone create what we can't at home)

-Service when something goes wrong is basically non-existant

You'll be frustrated and underwhelmed eventually. You have been warned!

Hands down the best breakfast and brunch restaurant in town. It's a quaint and relaxed environment and best of all, the food is simply outstanding. I had the full American breakfast, which is not only very high quality but also comes with very generous portions and is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Second time I've been here now!! Had the pancakes before and waffles this time - sooooo good!! Veggie sausages available for me aswell, and even gluten and dairy free pancakes for my mum. You couldn't tell the difference! Amazing. Its build your own American breakfast style, or they have suggested favourite combos on the board.
