Read moreFirst of all, our phones did not work there (not their fault) and there is nobody onsite you can speak with after the cafe closes in the afternoon. There was a heat wave in England and the rooms were unbearably stuffy and hot to the point we couldn't stand being there. (same for room 2 but they had a fan) Fans were advertised as being in the rooms, but we did not have one. Our room was quite small, most of them aren't like the one pictured here, so it isn't like it would be hard to find. Finally I emailed them as there was no other way for us to contact anyone. I asked for a fan. She told me it was in the wardrobe, but a fan wasn't there or anywhere else.||||Her response "I know that rooms 1, 2 and 3 have fans in them as they were there on Thursday last week when I cleaned the rooms."||||She KNOWS? Well, no, she didn't know. She wasn't there.|||| "No fan in room 3" I replied.|||| She eventually got us one.||||"It was definitely in there as I said but please take the one in the reception."||||She solved the problem but I didn't appreciate her...

We offered to bring the drinks out and bring the used cutlery back in afterwards, so that they only had to make the drinks, but that also came to no avail. The staff didn't look overwhelmed as they spent most of their time side glancing at us with an attitude so that we would feel uncomfortable and leave the outside area of the Cafe. To make matters worse, we clearly had somebody with a walking stick that struggles to walk, so we had to walk further to find a Cafe that would welcome us. (Freda...
