Clarks Village opens at 9am, Which is what time I arrived in the carpark. I walked up to the door but it was locked, I looked over to what I could presume was the manager, she shouted at me saying I have to wait. So I looked down at my watch to check to see if I was early like anyone would to then be shouted at again franticly waving her arms basically telling me to f off, I was in shock and I think the two younger employees were to. I wanted to buy my partner a Velvetizer for Christmas, to be met with such rudeness and unprofessionalism, awful behavior when the store was meant to open to the public as I wasn't the only person waiting. Yesterday , I had such a heartwarming and unexpected experience. I visited the Hotel Chocolat and tried their orange-flavoured chocolate shake – it was incredibly smooth and delicious! While chatting with the staff, they happened to find out that it's my birthday... and to my surprise, they offered me a free chocolate gift as a gesture. 🧡

Best chocolates I’ve ever had, considering that I’m extremely picky on milk chocolates as they often tend to be too sweet.
