Italianos — Restaurant in England

I ordered a large cheese and chips. When I got back home I ate about 3 or 4 chips and realised the portion was absolutely tiny, considering usually cheese and chips and bursting the box open. I called and explained and she said come and swap them. On arriving she opened the box, and told me “you’ve eaten all the chips” I can honestly say I had not eaten half a box of chips at all. After that the old lady behind the till started calling me a liar, and the driver started telling me I’d dropped them and was trying to get more. Which once again, I can honestly say I had not dropped them. The boss then started calling me pathetic. All I will say is. If you want good value for money, and to be spoken to properly like a customer, DO NOT. Go here.. to top it off, the chips weren’t even cooked on the small chips they replaced my large chips with. 1 star rating, if it could be a zero star, that’s what id give. I’m actually disgusted that all three staff members tried to gang up on me calling me a liar. And now I can totally understand why the place is always empty and has a 3 star rating. I hope your takeaway shuts down, because this city is now full of other places that treat there customers properly and don’t rip them off with high prices and small portions.

Ordered half pounder cheeseburger chips chicken shish kebab and coke, my partner said the burger was the worst he's had as it was sloppy, I had the kebab and was so disappointed, the chicken was flattened within inch of its life making it dry, and the "lamb" was definitely not lamb it was beef and was so dry and chewy that it was hard.. Comes to something when the best part of it was the cola, £16 wasted and shan't be returning.. Best takeaway is pizza pie...

Always use this for our takeaway on a Thursday night as we only work nights & there extensive menu is outstanding there's so much to choose from & we've never had a bad meal. I always get a mixed wrap & now a lot of my work colleagues get the same but they have tried lots of stuff on there menu & are always complementary at what they've eaten. The staff are so helpful & polite when i ring the order through that we never go...
