Jacc's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in England

I purchased 3 of bags of their ground coffee today from the Lincoln Christmas market. I got them home and couldn't wait to try. First off I tried the French vanilla, which is such an underrated flavour in the UK, not used enough in main chains, but anyway I put it in my Smeg coffee machine and it was unreal, next I tried their chocolate orange, not bad at all but nothing on the French vanilla, last but not certainly not least I tried the cinnamon flavour and this was unbelievable. Safe to say it's 11 30 pm and I'm still wired. Fantastic coffee, the guy who ground them for me looked absolutely fed up, I suspect he'd been there all day doing the same thing. He was absolutely outstanding and ground them beans like a champ. Well done sir. I saw your pain. Safe to say I'll be ordering more flavours offline. My misses also tried the hot chocolate, I believe it was called natural smooth and she's a hard person to please and she absolutely loved it, they didn't have any in stock as they sold out so we got the crem brulé flavour but have yet...

I am personally horrified of the old women that works there.Today arriving there with my 2 half toddler in the pram, max 30 degrees and when I asked to fill my daughter termos with tap water she rolled her eyes while cleaning her theeth with her finger and her tongue, looking like she just finished her lunch, and when she returned and I dared to ask for my 1 liter termos and another 1 plastic bottle of water of 1 liter she went cursing me telling to the other younger staff something rude about me.She gave the water and said if I know I should buy something if I want water.WTH is wrong with her, she should be sent home and rest for the rest of her life.I hope she will not die thirsty in heat and drown...

First time in the cafe as was recommended by a friend, lovely place, lovely cup of tea and croissant, unfortunately I did find it hard getting over the ridge of the door in my wheelchair, I didn’t realise there was a little ridge inside the door as well as outside! Went out backwards as was easier after meeting a friend, I wonder if a member of jaccs could tell me if you have a ramp to get in?? Unfortunately the till area was busy when I went in so a couple of people already in the cafe helped me! It definitely hasn’t put me off going back as the value for what is on offer is very good, the syrups are excellent and again, the cost of them are affordable to all. ...
