Kabyn Café — Restaurant in England

Hungry Horsebox is situated on the beach at Godrevy. It had about 4/5 picnic tables alongside the horsebox for patrons to sit at, which is nice if you don't want to sit on the sand. We purchased: 1 x flat white, 1 x chai latte, 2 x Cajun Chicken Ciabattas, 1 x cinnamon bun and 1 x triple chocolate muffin coming in at a total of £30. While I can imagine some seeing this as pricey, you get what you pay for in quality! This isn't any old seaside burger van.

As the food is cooked fresh the staff were able to make one of these without the coleslaw for us.

The Cajun Chicken Ciabattas were heavenly, the spice was just right and the accompanying coleslaw really complemented the flavours. Both drinks were lovely (chai latte was on the sweeter side, could be sickly for some).

The Cinnamon bun was to die for! The perfect balance of cinnamon and bun was fluffy and light. Again the triple chocolate muffin went down well, with a lovely flavour.

This place is fantastic. After nearly two weeks in hotels and camping, you start to realise that most food options in this neck of the woods revolves around all things fried and you have to really fight to get healthy and good at the same time.

I worry to their detriment that those with kids or a just a desire for yet more chips will give them a wide berth - you'll get none of that here.

What we did get was an incredible squash and lentil dahl with naan, and the hummus for our 8 year old (which I'm afraid to say is better than mine and I'll need to up my game).

The cinnamon buns were also a great finish.

I had the pleasure of visiting Gwithian campsite recently after receiving a tip-off from my wife about the presence of the Kabyn Cafe. And let me tell you, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted both my son and I with warmth and friendliness. The coffee they served was exceptional, and the food, the food was simply banging. Every aspect of our visit surpassed expectation and left us wanting more. In fact, my thirteen-year-old was so impressed with their Dahl that he insisted we make a return visit this Thursday.
