Kaspa's Yeovil — Restaurant in England

Dear Loyal Reader,

If you do not care about your health and wellbeing and want a purely sugar based diet, I would recommend visiting this establishment on a daily basis. Please let me evaluate the following aspects of this dessert shop:

1. Taste = 3.8/5. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of desserts provided at this establishment. In walked in afraid of what might come but the crepes reminded me of pleasant times, when my nan used to make me chocolate and raisin pancakes in the cold wet evenings of pancake day when I was a mere youth.

2. Range = 4.9/5. From Waffles to ice creams to crepes to milkshakes, this place has it all. Every possible dessert option you could conceive. I have successfully devoured a number of items on their menu with great pleasure.

3. Scent = 0.3/5. To this day, I wake up in the middle of night screaming, because of the sweet sugar smell which had embedded itself within my nasal canal. I can't rid the scent of sugar, it's everywhere, it may have ruined every meal for the rest of my life. I can only taste sugar, even when I'm eating mashed potato. (I would concede, however, that this is not a dealbreaker but only the price of visiting this shop - was it worth it? I truly don't know; I will have to live with the effects of this for the remainder of my existence).

4. Staff = 5/5. Kind and courteous. Wouldn't change them for the world.

I would like to conclude my review by saying, this dessert would pair ever so well with a trip to the local nandos. They are a match made in heaven and don't break the bank.

I'm leaving this review regarding the past 2 experinces I've had. 1st was a dine in experience 2 weeks ago. The womans toilet is shameful. There's no toilet seat and it looks like its never cleaned. Just blue block put in the cistern but that doesn't hide how filthy the toilet is. The lights give you a migraine and ive noticed they charge fsr more on delivery apps for every item than in the restauran. Today is my daughters birthday so we ordered the kinder beino waffle which is suppose to come with a scoop of gelato. I ordered extra gelato to have for myself. When it finally arrived all she received was a teaspoon of gelato and the waffle had very little topping on it. Much of the waffle was bare. I gave my daughter the actual scoop of gelato I ordered as hers was practically non existent. It absolutely takes the mick that you charge so much money and not even provide a full dessert if you're not going to give a full scoop of gelato then state it is only a tiny teaspoon worth at least offer free soft serve/cream like the others because it's charged at a premium this dish and it's seriously lacking. Won't be visiting or ordering again. Absolutely not worth it at all....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Went this evening with friends to get food. We all ordered food. One of my friends accidentally ordered the wrong food through miscommunication and they refused to change it even though she had an intolerance. This was the first issue we had. The customer service was outrageous. About 20 minutes later, we found a hair in my friends crepe among the sauce. We all have very long either blonde or brunette hair. The hair we found was short and ginger. We immediately knew it was a staff members hair as one of them had a ginger beard that was fairly long and didn’t have a beard net on (like McDonald’s workers do). We informed the staff and they wouldn’t remake the food or give us a refund for the order. They said they ‘had to look at the cameras’ insinuating that we had put the hair there ourselves. We evidently did not.

I have the contact details of one of the workers who said they would call us once they had checked the cameras.

I do not recommend this kaspas to anyone who is interested in visiting. Could not be more disappointed with the customer service at the...
