KFC Aylesbury - Buckingham Street — Restaurant in England

Went to the new KFC a week or two after it was opened, and my experience was positive. The food was warm and the place looked clean. It did seem more on the expensive side but I dont go to ofc often so it was alright

I definitely recommend downloading the kfc app and using the free offers that you are able to get, either a free drink or a free side that you get from creating an account

It was quite busy and noisy at the time I went but the restaurant did just open in this new earlier so I expect this was just people visiting it to...

I have been take away some food several times from there, because we love kfc.. But unfortunately it wasn't great last few times... The chicken peaces was overfull..it was so oily and taste very bad... And the French 🍟fries or chips was they served was same,,soggy and cold... Which was so disappointed.. The front desk staff is disrespectful aswell (the ladys).. It was disappointed...we though ok it will be better than before , and before but unfortunately it wasnt ,so we decided not gonna go...

These guys have to deal with a lot of drunktards and they remain professional. The team work hard… yes they forget items in your order which isn’t good but often they get frazzled because of abuse given to them by customers or the swapping and changing of customer decisions which contribute. Today I saw them have to suffer racist abuse and threats. Just not acceptable and they always are pleasant. It’s a takeaway not eat in. If you are worried about item missing emphasise it and check...
