KFC — Restaurant in England

One star seems generous at the moment, in the last few months the foods gone so far down hill, orders are always wrong. The foods always cold burnt and well out of serving time. I worked at KFC for a long enough time to know what standards it needs to meet and it's become beyond a joke.

I'm tired of waiting for 20 minutes for food where there's only a handfull of customers and more then enough staff stood around like they walked in by accident and are waiting to be told where to sit down or leave. I buy generously every time I go spending around £20-£30 for me and the family maybe once a week and regularly for my self during work hours £10? Ish and I'm done wasting my money.

I was told today that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken on the bone because someone had ordered a 14 peace. It doesn't take 25 minutes to cook one head of chicken unless nothings prepped? And it's 4.15 maybe when I ordered so there starting to come towards a busier tea time service so this shouldn't happen regardless.

I called my partner changed her order and then after waiting another 12-15 minutes got served drinks half empty one with ice one without, some tatty looking blue roll that's in the photos. Burnt chicken that's not only burnt but cold and unfortunately I couldn't bite my tongue this time round.

Even while waiting quite clearly at the drive through window looking in holding the drinks the staff...looked...and continued to ignore me until I beeped my horn to have the drinks topped up.

The only members of staff that were of use were a blonde tall lady that's very precise with taking the orders it just seems no one else can read them and there was a dark haired slightly older woman in her 30s who I've not seen on the drive through for a...

Absolutely dire. I've previously had a bad experience with this particular KFC so I gave them the benefit of doubt. How wrong was I!!!! Firstly the service was ok, nothing special but the food....where do I start. I live 2 minutes away from the restaurant so you'd expect the food to be at best, warm...wrong. Cold. I've eaten enough KFC in my time to know what a KFC should taste like and this was so far off the mark you'd think it was a very low budget Southern fried chicken establishment ( we've all been to one). I ordered a mighty bucket for one which you'd expect to at least be in a bucket.....wrong. Two soggy bags seem to be the order of the day. Soggy was very much the word of the day because the fries were at best, limp!!! The chicken was over cooked and again soggy. The distinctive KFC taste we all love was non existent. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a takeaway meal. If senior managers at KFC read these reviews they should seriously look at the managers that are in place here because ultimately the buck stops at their door. KFC- Kentucky Failed Completely. Absolute Shambles, Staff running around saying they don't know what they are doing, Server took my order wrong, so ended up with a meal I didnt want, after the time it had take to prepare that, I thought it would be better to just hedge my bets and eat the meal provided as waited a ridiculous amount of time to not only place the order but also receive the incorrect one.

Couple next to us complained their chicken was not cooked, but like me chose to not get the order replaced due to the poor service and long wait times, and chose to just not eat it

Went to order again for a friend at home..told no crushems, no mini fillets, can't to boneless banquets for one, so had to end up paying for a meal again that wasn't available and at an increased cost for things my friend didn't want.

I would say this is a one off, but every KFC appears to be like this, hoping for an improvement everytime I go in, but alass no!

Servers were not aplogetic at all as were to busy running around like headless chickens ironically, about the only chicken that was available in...
