Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

decided to give Morrison's cafe a 2nd chance after my last meal was all bought out together and cold (main meal and bread and butter pudding with ice cream). I told staff the ice cream would melt as it was a warm day and what restaurant brings out all courses together? I tried to eat my main meal fast to get to my dessert but..too late it had melted totally ruining my dessert. They weren't interested..totally unprofessional. They did same with my sister and niece's we got looks from all the customers at other tables..they too couldn't believe what they'd done. We had no room on the table having to put food on the table in front..crazy. Today the food was all cold a veggie all day breakfast..the food was pathetic what a waste of £5. Loads of tables with lots of similar food having been left. I asked a family at next table as they were leaving why they hadn't hardly ate..they said well.look jacket potato dry as a bone and cold..we watched the blonde haired girl.with glasses mess with her hair scratch her bum then put plates of desserts out for customers to buy disgusting. One staff didn't even antibacterial wipe the tables a dry washcloth and just wiped food on floor..then she wiped her hands with it and continued wiping tables public were moaning at no forks to eat with..and these when apparent washed had particles of food still stuck on. I'm sure others have experienced this all too common a practice at this...

We went to the cafe for Mother’s Day and wanted afternoon tea I stood waiting to be served. As the staff kept passing me by doing table service. I gave them time to do this however when I said could I be served. I got laughed at by a member of staff and he said you’ll have to use self service and the proceed to laugh with other staff members in the kitchen at myself and other customers waiting with me, there was quite a queue. We all felt this was extremely unprofessional and rude. When we pointed this out to the member of staff they said we we being abusive to the staff. At no point did the watering staff say please could you use the self service whilst waiting. The staff in the cafe really let the rest of the staff down at Morrisons shop. I would suggest better training in dealing with customers. Not happy with the way we were treated and hope this gets looked in to...

Please train staff on health and safety, in regards to cleaning. The place is filthy. I ordered a breakfast and cup of tea using the self service machine, I did not realise how dirty the place was before paying or would have left. The table numbers you collect were all greasy and sticky. I then collected a cup for my tea, none of which felt clean. Trying to find a knife and fork that was clean was a task, I removed about 7 out the containers that had food still on, you are clearly over filling your dishwashers or someone cannot be bothered washing up. I ended up finding what appeared the most clean, and washing it under the boiling hot water tap. Where are your staff? There was no one anywhere. I would think if everything is pratically self service, staff have some time to do some much needed cleaning. Food was ok, but not the best. I wont be...
