KFC — Restaurant in England

Poor service. First trip brough 4 wings and got 4 of the tiniest sickly looking wings I’ve ever seen. I took a picture (with time stamp) because I’m sure it was a mistake. On my next trip I showed them and just asked that this time they give me some decent ones.

They told me it’s their policy to give one tiny wing and one regular sized wing in 2 wings for £1. As a guy old enough to remember 4 wings for £1 I wasn’t impressed. Asked if I could get all “big” wings to make up for the all tiny wings I bought yesterday (exact same server + I had the picture) I don’t think that’s unreasonable. They refused saying I need a receipt as if people have time to forge pictures to hustle chicken? I wasn’t even asking for anything back like a refund or free food, just asking that they make it right for last time. Guy looked at me like I had two heads

After waiting in line all that time craving KFC wings, I ended up having to go and eat...

I ordered off Uber eats, and it was around 10-20 mins before closing time, when the food arrived i realised that they made the order completely wrong, I ordered a zinger stacker and instead of using zinger stacker filets they used regular mini filets and the worst part they completely crushed and flattened the bun, it’s clear that someone was very upset as there was a last minute order so they decided to take out their anger out on a burger, and they were so lazy to make the zinger filets so they used the breast strip filets, it’s absolutely pathetic I hope the worker that did this sees this review and I hope the manger deals with them, disgusting behaviour, don’t deserve to work in a fast food environment, fix your anger issues and your stupid attitude, i dont understand how people like you get a job you...

Placed an order last night on JustEat for KFC, they kept changing the delivery time, would not answer the phone, had to call JustEat who did not seem to know how to resolve the situation. By the time the food arrived, which was over an hour late, it was cold. Out of the 4 meals we ordered only 1 came out right. Started to feel the effects after, left us all with horrible stomach cramps, sooo grateful my 2 year old didnt have any, clearly shes the one that made the right choice not to eat , Absolutely disgusting service, horrible food and definitely will not be ordering from here again ever. Please if you do decide to take a chance on this place make sure the food is hot, smells right and is clean. Honestly believe the place should be shut down, had much better...
