I have allways loved this place but the lady that served me today named leigh and buying a meal for 5 people we ask nicely if we could get some supercharger sauce to dip the chips in as i love it and didnt get my regular burger with the sauce on due to getting a family box to share instead. She said it was against there policy. I would have thought that is if i wasnt buying anything. I wanted the sauce for the meal im not going to go and sell it or anything for christ sake she wasnt interested how much money we spent and how far we had travelled because it usually is a good kfc is the reason we travelled that far. She quite bluntly said no its against there policy i pleaded with her and begged saying how much i loved it and offered to pay for it and she didnt care i made her go ask the manager which she was trying to avoid being very rude i thought maby this guy might understand his name was chris and came to the window and said the same but atleast he said sorry the funny thing is ive being going to KFC for years all different ones including this one and this was the first time i was rejected for it so i know if they wanted they could have done so obviously i was going to be annoyed the customer service was dreadful on this occassion all though a while back i used to come maby 3 times a week and there was one lady that seen me as a regular coming in with my millitary discount card and the one time i didnt have it she refused me even tho she knew i served the military and even showed her a picture of me in uniform on my phone she still refused so i spoke to the manager that day and he apologised and gave me my discount all i can say is wont be going out the way for this kfc any more and wish i had got a refund as i didnt enjoy my meal because how i was made to feel. Oh and before i forget there was one time i asked for cheese on my burger and they had forgot to put it and i only realised after taking a bite so i went through the drive through and they took my burger amd gave me the same burger with cheese on and a bite taken out. I was furious. It was cold aswell and i did complain and get it sorted but the point is i shouldnt have to and some people wont say anything. They are just abit rude sometimes and dont care if the customers are happy or not with the meal. They would rather wait for you to complain rather than just do it right...
Read moreFound a maggot in here once , it came from exactly where you think - the chicken. Chicken Popcorn often includes bones when you don't expect them. Granted , it says "Though every care has been taken in removing bones ,some may remain" on the box it still is a displeasure to find them. Not to mention the greasy chicken that takes an age to get off your hands ; dirty tables that are almost never cleaned. The service is terrible. They never fail to get your order wrong as if they are paid to do it. If you go to get an ice cream (free with a kids meal) , they will ignore you and carry on casually talking to a coworker. Speaking of workers , they are awful people who don't care if you get an order wrong and speak to you like dirt , every single time. Don't go here at all costs. Read moreCold coffee, lukewarm food. Tea comes cold with milk already in it. Having milk in tea not a huge disaster but why have milk on the side if it comes with enough to make it cold.
Dirty tables. Unprofessional attitudes. And noisey environment.
With that said the fast part of fast here was incredibly fast. Wich would be fine but the fact it's lukewarm shows its already cooked and going cold before writing walked in. Wich again would be fine if there was a queue out the door. But the fact it's dead in here shows they care little for quality.
The one and only saving grace is that the food tasted alright. The taste was okay. The fact it was dry and cold was the problem.
Id like to say this was the first time this poor service has happened. But it's sadly not.
