I recently had a deeply disappointing experience, which I feel compelled to share to inform potential patrons.

Food Quality and Safety Concerns: Upon ordering sushi, I noticed a pronounced petrol-like taste, likely due to the use of a torch during preparation. This made the dish inedible and raised significant health concerns.​

Customer Service Experience: When I contacted the restaurant to express my unease about consuming food with such an off-putting taste, the staff responded with unexpected rudeness. As a disabled individual unable to return the item in person, I found their suggestion to bring back the food for a refund both dismissive and inconsiderate of my circumstances.​

Lack of Accessibility and Empathy: The staff's failure to accommodate my disability and their indifferent attitude left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Despite being a regular patron, ordering from them twice a week, this experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty.​

I've lived here for 6 years and have been on the hunt for good, authentic japanese food since, I'm thrilled to say that I finally found it! The staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgable, the restaurant itself has fantastic ambience and is very clean and tidy. I can't praise the food highly enough though! The fish and meat is actually fresh, and you can really taste the difference. Something that also blew me away was the presentation and the very clever pairings of flavours, like the squid with the spinach, it's beyond delicious. This is the kind of food I'm happy to order way too much of, because I never want to stop eating it!! I'm left refreshed, full, and happy every time. Service not impress they very rude , when we told the staff we still thinking about what to order and we said will call them when we ready but the staff ignored it .
