Oh, Cleethorpes, you seaside siren with a secret loo-cation dilemma! So, let's talk about this joint. It wasn't exactly a culinary Mount Everest, but it wasn't stuck in a trench of despair either. I'd call it a 3.5-star beach party with a few rogue jellyfish: fun, but with unexpected stings. First, the good: Humber views? Glorious! Those waves could hypnotize a seagull, much less a peckish human like me. Food? Eh, passable. My fishfinger sandwich arrived solo, like a bachelor at a wedding (minus the charm). But hey, the fish itself was a decent catch, and the bread didn't put up a fight. Now, the "could-be-better": Chips, where art thou? My sandwich promised a potato posse, but they were as AWOL as a deckchair in a hurricane. The "throne room": let's just say, it required a quest worthy of Indiana Jones, complete with cobblestones and a padlock more intimidating than a seagull eyeing your chips. Would I return? Maybe! With a GPS for the loo.

This kiosk has quite a prominent place and is noticeable to anyone coming in to cleethorpes from that end of the coast! However it lacked everything! As soon as you enter it looks drab! Could do with modernisation.. there is no real layout inside as metal tables and chairs just seem to be scattered about. So this means it is no where near suitable for push chairs and buggies! The far end seems to host just clutter and spare chairs it would be good to see a theme or just better quality interior! I'm not a fan of dogs and with there being 2 in as I went in I didnt really like that! There was nothing really special to purchase so I just ended up getting a drink. Customer service was no existent also but hey that's my opinion others may get a different feel and reception upon entering but would not recommend.

Friendly staff and a great selection of food and drinks, everything is freshly made from their kitchen which can be seen from the outdoor seating area. Ice Cream is a bargain here at just £2 a tub and you get quite a bit, which is great compared with other prices. Lots of outdoor seating and social distancing measures in operation. Highly recommend and we will be back on our next visit to Cleethorpes.
