Really disappointed in this place after reading the good reviews. My little girl spent all day been excited getting ready for the Halloween party. This place is clearly for locals only, not sure what we did wrong but we was absolutely not welcomed in the slightest, especially by the women dressed as a bride who made it very clear we wasnât welcome and purposely stared us out! Had one very very upset 4 year old as we ended up leaving after 15 minutes of dirty looks of everyone. we wasnât the only non locals who made this comment either! Wonât be going back. I believe there is a new cook , or since my last time there , there is, and unfortunatdly it was absolute rubbish. 2 of us so £20 for lunch . Could of cooked better for cheaper at home slight rise in price since our last sunday lunch . I would of kept old cook and offered a small payrise , wont be going again to eat had curry and chips before christmas that wasnt good either.    Read moreLovely snug pub on Cleethorpes Sea Front with lovely staff and punters. Even has pool tables and one of those mobile-controlled Jukeboxes. Shame it's so expensive! Over a fiver for a pint of Madri! Go one bar down to Willy's and you can get a pint of Becks for just over £4 or one of their local brews, or go up to the Fisherman's on Sea View Street and get a pint of local Docks Beers for the same price. Explains why the place is so empty during the week.
