Super nice staff, fantastic food, prices seemed a little steep at first for what is essentially posh sandwiches but oh my days they're SUPER TASTY and made there on the spot!

They are large portions and don't skimp on the expensive meats or salads. Also, being so close to the harbor in a prime position I imagine the upkeep is quite high, I left not worrying about the cost as we got so much for our money.

The coffee and tea is great, we had a nice big jug of water on the side.

Social distancing was adhered to for a little shop and the atmosphere was still great.

They made us feel so welcome with a 9 month old baby, and got us a high chair and lots of replacement spoons when they got thrown on the floor! The mess was not a problem for them and he was very interested in everything going on and loved all the smiles and giggles thrown between him and colleagues.

There is a good selection of fresh cakes and hot beverages

There is room for a wheelchair to sit at the tables indoors. But it is a small area, so it would be a challenge if busy

Good-sized disabled toilet, but the door opens outwards into the cafe. So it was a struggle to open it and get around the heavy door

If it is busy, it would be very difficult for a disabled person or wheelchair user to get into the toilet as there are tables and chairs next to the entrance

The staff were helpful and friendly

Good seating area outside, great for the summer!! Nice location looking towards the museum, and the boats moored up

This area does get very busy in the summer, especially when there are festivals...

Fabulous cafe in a great location..We are staying in an apartment in the same square and you can't go wrong for breakfast and lunch, or even just a coffee and one of their lovely cakes. This morning I had the vegan breakfast, smashed avocado, mushrooms and pea shoots on lovely bread. I added bacon and it was delicious. Hubby had the full breakfast, all cooked fresh and plenty of it. He's now had to go for a lie down 😴. Paula is very friendly and has given us loads of advice on the area. The staff are only young but super friendly and courteous. It's a place you will keep going back to. No wonder it's busy as Paula and her husband are so nice. Will definitely miss it. For some reason the review is in my husband's name, he's not...
