Legends Cafe in Victoria Place Rochester is a real,"Cosy cafe." A place to have reasonably priced and well served, in my case breakfast. Popped in quickly after dropping the little lady off at school this morning, was pleasantly surprised at how polite, friendly and welcoming the staff were. The cafe was spotless and had a good atmosphere about it. There were quite a few people there and the food still came out quickly. Food was spot on!
