I was there today with my daughter and her friends, the waitress came up saying that our girls were making too much noise, I told her that the girls are 2 /4years old and we can't hold them or shut their mouths.. She replied that she has children and they are less noisy than ours.. The lady should remember that she is working and kindness comes first.. Everyone has bad days, but don't be mean to your customers.. If you don't want to have noise you shouldn’t open a play area in your coffee shop.. Once you put toys for kids you should definitely expect to hear noise and children playing.. Needs to be tolerant.. I was happy to have found a coffee shop with a play area but after this experience I was very disappointed.

Of course we are aware of that and I didn’t say that you are a soft play area. I said that if you put a play area in your coffee shop you can’t expect kids to be quiet. Also we are talking about 2/4 year old children not about horses that they make big noises. Toddlers are allowed to cry or make noises because they want the same toy or just because they can’t express themselves good. Is not correct in any case to compare children and as I said before if you put a play area and toys you must expect to have noises because kids get excited and sometimes overwhelmed when see many toys.
