McDonald's — Restaurant in England

If I had a choice I would give them 0 Star.

I visited Blackpool with my family and had to go for breakfast on the last day before leaving Blackpool and checking out of hotel. We went in to have breakfast. We ordered two pancakes with hot chocolate and two egg muffin with cappuccinos. The lady taking the order said that the pancake deal includes pancakes and hash brown (as we did not want sausage) and a drink. Likewise she said egg muffin with hash brown and a drink. We paid for it and when the order arrived the manager handed us the food in bag when we told them it’s eat in. I reminded her and she said take it like this, I asked for a tray she handed me a dirty tray with some liquid spilt in it. She did not ask for any sugar for cappuccino, I had to ask her. We went upstairs and started our breakfast, there was no maple syrup for pancakes and no cutlery to eat with. I had to go downstairs and ask for it as the staff working there was busy and said will take time to get it. When checked there was two hash browns and children had it. When we checked there were no hash browns. I had to go again to ask and the manager Riki said there are no hash browns with pancakes. I said the lady said it when taking order the lady who took order was luckily serving another customer. She admitted she made a mistake. I said then you should provide two more hash browns as we did not order sausages and the mistake was made by their staff. Rikki was very rude and said if you want hash browns you have to pay more. I said why would I pay more when I was told about all that what I paid for ? But Rikki kept on saying you have to pay otherwise we cannot give you hash browns. Our breakfast was cold by that time. We had to go downstairs 3 times and this was the worst ever experience at McDonalds. Would never go there again. Avoid that branch and that manager RIKKI who is very rude and has no concept of good customer...

We went for breakfast and ordered 10 hash browns and 5 muffins and requested table service. The food was on the asusual plastic tray , and the tray was lined with a pink paper that covered the tray only in the middle. The hash brown was in the wrap half, and half was literally lying on the tray. we went to the counter and said, "You forgot to put the lining for the tray, and the food is touching the tray, which is not hygiene, and we are not happy with this. The manager Shan came and said these trays are cleaned and sanitized, and there is no problem eating without lining. My husband asked then why it is lined half with this pink paper, and the manager said it's for advertising, not as lining. The advertising paper was soaked with the oil from some of the hash brown, which also transferred the pink colour to our hands. Also, the yellow colour from the wrap of the muffins was transferred to the table. McDonald's food wrap colour is transferring when the food is hot,it's not sure whether it is safe to eat or not. Also, the manager was a bit rude and said we could take the refund if we didn't like it, and my husband said no, I wanted fresh made.still, the manager was reluctant and wanted to issue a refund my husband said he will complaint about the standards and then he just grabbed the hasbrowns and swaped with other. It was on holiday spot and morning time,imagine how it affected our holiday mood. Didn't expect this in Blackpool but not only that particular place, so macdonals food wrap colour issues must be in some other place too, I believe. Until a good explanation about the colour transfer, we will avoid McDonald's from hereafter. Food is cheap comparatively also standard...

This is stand out the single worst McDonald's I have ever had the misfortune of gracing. It's quite hard to pick out the worse bits as they are all equally as bad. From the outset half the staff had their face masks not covering their noses, thus rendering them useless. The tables were filthy with rubbish and food debris still on them. The toilet was absolutely hanging with urine over the seats and floor. The rest just looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week and as for the stench coming from the overflowing nappy bit, repugnant to say the least. Whilst waiting for our order we saw multiple customers complaining about cold food and no shock to say that ours was also cold. When I asked to see the duty manager who really was not concerned about anyone's issues, claimed the burgers were cold because the cheese was cold! I explained how how burgers melt cheese but he wasn't having it. A female customer was allowed to walk a dog not just inside the restaurant but to take it upstairs unchallenged. There was a young couple coughing non stop for the 40 minutes we was there and when I asked the staff why they were not challenged he just shrugged his shoulders then picked up their empty food and drink items with bare hands!
