McDonald's — Restaurant in England

I've been here on a number of occasions almost every time I have regretted it. I only go to this one because I am dragged there by someone that lives nearby. My reasons for disliking this McDonald's so much are as follows: ¬The chips are always cold when you get your tray ¬The McChicken Nuggets are almost always miscounted (in a 6 pack you almost always get 5(sometimes there is a 7 but it's super rare). When you go to complain they will almost always look at you as if you have eaten one. Then they will get the Manager involved before deciding, then to my annoyance they won't get you another one! They simply won't believe you! It's so bad I now have resorted to getting a McChicken Sandwich without and lettuce or mayo (not that they ever get that right either which is my leading me on to my next point) and then ripping it up into Nugget size peices... ¬Whenever you ask for a special order like a no sesame seed bun, or no lettuce on your Big Mac, it will be there.x The list goes on but I think I've made the point it's just a joke. 78u My last point is that the place is almost always dirty, trays still on tables, seats covered with various sauces both fresh and dried on, so clearly only cleaned by customers using napkins!

Were to start. Ordered for breakfast a Mighty McMuffin to which I was asked if I wanted egg with it when it already is meant to come with an egg. So basically the person asking for my order was wanting to order their order as opposed to my order, who is the customer? On paying the window was just slammed on me to then be reopened with a thanks. On driving to pick up the food I asked if sauce would be put on the Mighty McMuffin and I was told no there won’t be. I then asked if it is possible to get brown sauce on it and I was then informed that he wasn’t sure and would need to ask so basically they don’t know their own products they sell and giving the customer what they want. So customer satisfaction out the window. On driving away and parking up I then notice my Mighty McMuffin isn’t a Mighty McMuffin but a bacon and egg muffin. So my order was not my order which I wanted but the guys order or what he decided I should have. Complete joke of a restaurant and one of the worse in the U.K. For goodness sake brush up on customer...

Honest to god, 70% of the times we’ve ordered from here there has been a mistake, a double cheese burger with no sauce or cheese, missed items, fries instead of sauces, the wrong McFlurry, you name it. It’s typically after 8pm if we get one, perhaps it’s the night staff? Too busy messing around to have a care in the world to what they are giving you. If you get a late night craving for a cheese burger just drive 20miles further to avoid this branch. Drive until you arent hungry anymore then just go home, it’s not worth it. One time a lad working there asked what I order four times at the service window… four! Previously I’ve noticed in the car park but this time we got home and I am fuming. I’m taking it as a sign from the gym gods as to avoid anymore heavily processed food. Dynamite incompetence shows why these low wage jobs are a double edged sword....
