Yesterday, I went to the counter at McDonalds in Chatham High St for Big Mac meal & 1/4lb Cheeseburger meal and was declined service at the counter but told to use electronic order board, when I stated that I had vision issues they just pointed to the boards, would not serve or help I was very polite, they were very rude, I was served just last week at the counter and the week before by great staff, yesterday they really could not be bothered with me and the manager was just staring as if I was nothing! Never had this at McDonalds before in all my life, always great service, there were lots of staff on but no urgency and it was quiet at 2.55. I was appalled they now treat disabled customers like this and went along to the Wimpey, wow what great tasty food and I told them what had happened at McDonald as I have on Twitter & Kent Messenger, I'm a Wimpey fan now, they were shocked by my treatment. Read moreI don't blame the employee's for how bad McDonald's has been in recent years, it's due to the delivery apps that these stores are now a mess, too much work on the staff that's there, McDonald's really should open up some kitchen that are not open to the public and just used for deliverys, the atmosphere in mcdonalds is as bad as ever in the morning, not the companies fault just the types of people who go in there that early really bring the place down. Food is warm unless you have it ordered then it's guaranteed to be cold or luke warm at best but that could be to do with the delivery drivers however they also just leave the meals on the side rather than waiting for the delivery driver to be closer before they make them. Guess it's on both sides.
But yeah the sit in experience isnt the best, staff are nice though can't fault them it's just the work effics the company uses now...
Read moreAtrocious had a number of issues over a stretch of time some issues unfortunately I've let slide. Rarely get straw's in the bag and the same with the dips even though I've paid for them, constantly getting wrong orders and last night took the piss. Nothing that I had ordered was in the bag, received a ranch burger with bacon instead of a Mc crispy the wrong Mcflurry wrong size milkshake and what was meant to be large fries was a joke and everything was stone cold. I only live round the corner from Chatham town so there should be no excuses for this,the food got binned immediately and then the just eat app asked for photo evidence.
