McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Easily and persistently the worst McDonalds i've ever known. When are the tills not down? This store should NOT be advertised as 24hrs, because between about midnight and breakfast, you'll be extremely lucky if they serve you, as the tills and constantly "down" or "updating"... But you don't get any kind of apology, you get "can't serve you, tills are off" when you pull up in the drive thru. God forbid if you have any follow up questions because you then just get hostility, "wey what do you want me to do? Not my fault is it? Go somewhere else". Drinks are constantly unavailable, on this occasions literally the only cold drink on offer, if the tills were "working", was oasis. No fizzy drinks at all, no bottles, no milkshakes, no frapps and no smoothies. Just oasis. Orders forever have items missing, if you pay for extras in a product, you won't get it, similarly if you ask for it without, you just get it in anyway, like they’re made by robots. The whole way through the monopoly promotion, you’ll be lucky if you get one set of stickers on a meal where you should have 3 or 4, it must be too much effort to stick them on. It's just constant disappointment, time and time again. This store is 1 mile away from my home, but i'm done with it. I'd rather drive 7 miles to Thinford where they're more reliable and have courteous...

Only reason I give it one star was to post this review. Did try to contact via phone but unable too. Where do I start . No straw for drink, no fork for salad and yet again no salad dressing. My burger was freezing cold about half way though I started to gag when I removed food from my mouth a l brown hair was in it couldn't eat more. I thought well I still got my side salad I ended up binning that as well apart from lettuce on top rest of it was totally uneatable wilted black totally disgusting I thrown better out there was even what looked like a rotten piece of onion brown looking. I also decided to try the new chocolate and raspberry pie. This order was put in at 18.00 sticker on pie said made 16.15 ready 16.25 discard 17.45 . Should not have been sold after 17.45 again pie was cold. Not first time we had problems with this store last I complained about food not been delivered they just blame delivered company. Sorry but delivery company can't be blamed for sub standard food and hair in burger. I don't eat McDonald's very often infact rarely now never again. As a delivery driver I would really appreciate the hard job that all staff working hard under pressure, servicing drive through, inside collection and deliveries, However due to a lack of mismanagement u can see negatives feedback. the only point I would like to notice to them in my section as a driver is to check the drivers account before handing orders to them, so a few drivers working there by 10 different accounts in same time, I have seen staff given 6 orders to the driver and he was still waiting to pickup more thats I never seen anywhere else, how come?! Uber never care they can catch them easy.... but it is macdonald's staff responsibility to check drivers account or even not given more than 2 orders as it is allowed to reduce mistakes, missings, complaints from customer about, food is cold, is missing, is mixed with another orders, they didn't get thier order. I have heard stories from customers while doing delivery there, I felt really sorry about them, if we just swap positions we will understand what is going around.
