McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Got my friend a discounted meal (employee at different store) from my views i saw a crew member wear a apron incorrectly which is very dangerous if a fire were to happen, second of all they had a drink on top of the grill they're not ALLOWED at all to have any drinks in the kitchen at any given time unless its out of customers viewing (this is because if it were to spilt in the wrong way it could make a slip hazard, fire, or a vat to explode ect..)  Thirdly the person on the grill couldn't get a name of him but is a crew member, picked up raw regular meat with his hands (none glove hand) and started gavering the meat in his (none glove hand while using his glove hand to place meat on the grill)  infront of a manager and the manager did exactly nothing about it... soon as I noticed this he used the glove hand but picked up the meat again with his (none glove hand) and placed it on the grill and pressed the button with his (none glove hand) this is extremely dangerous as anyone could touch this button and make food, make orders ect its called Cross contamination.. 4th and final thing the green single tray for the vats is for veggies ONLY NOTHING ELSE! but. I saw someone taking veggie out of a fry basket instead of the veggie basket.. extremely terrible food safety would never come...

Myself, my wife and son went in for breakfast, the smell was awful, and my son joked about the cooking. It was bad. We ordered our food but had to sit outside to eat it. When we were ready to leave I went to the toilet to find a person being sick everywhere. I believe it was a member of staff. The room smelt awful and he looked in a state. The 2 cubicles covered. I went to the manager straight away and told him but he didn’t show any surprise at all and just said they would sort it. Was not interested in anything else I had to say. We all left. By 5.00pm that evening myself and my wife started vomiting severely and it went on through the evening, continuing the following morning. We were both drained and spent all of Sunday in bed. It is now Monday morning and we feel weak and drained. My son had no reaction to this and the only difference could have been he didn’t have an egg. The smell when we first walked in reminded us of bad eggs. I do think this needs looking into. If this had happened to a child there would have been panic in someone's house....

Very appalling customer service, the staff were just walking around the kitchen looking bored and pretended to look busy a day was really rude. I ordered through the app and when I got my order I had to ask for the balsamic vinager dressing after realising that the manager forgot to put it in the bag, this was the person who was rude, I asked for it he replied with "there should be one in there" I said na there isn't one in the bag, he passed me a pack of dressing and said "if you look in the bag you'll find it in there, I'm 100% sure I put one in there" there was no need to say that he could have just apologised for forgetting to put what I ordered in the bag lol I went back to my bag of food and practicaly emptied the bag in front of him obviously he never watched me look in the bag because he must have realliesd he was wrong which in fact he was, I don't complain often but I just had complain about this incident because he made me feel angry and stupid, why would I ask for dressing if I already...
