McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Do mcdonalds take any responsibility whatsoever for the behaviour of just eat drivers in this store? Are regular customers expected to move aside to allow just eat drivers to receive preferential treatment? Do they have to dump their bags all over the floor, crowd the serving area creating their own social club, push in front of everyone and make inappropriate comments about staff and customers? Will never spend another penny in this store again, waited 40 minutes for my order whil just eat orders were prioritised, was physically pushed aside to allow a driver to shove his mobile phone in staff faces It’s the same situation with the way they park… wholly inconsiderate and at times dangerous Their is no attempt by any McDonald’s staff to ask to queue, it just seems to be accepted behaviour I understand they have a job to do but I am a paying customer as well and would also like to have my order quickly 40 minute wait meant food cold before I left the store Would not want my teenage daughter visiting this store considering the stares and comments they were giving to other very young females in their TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and...

gave me a large meal and charged me for it without asking if i wanted it large and without me asking for a large, thx for the scam update- they forgot my cheese bites and gave me the wrong wrap, staff are idiots theres always some sort of mess up with this store (theyve given me the wrong wrap twice now) they appear to think peri peri sounds like sweet chilli and buffalo CHICKEN sounds like BACON and bbq. On the order board at the drive thru the order is always correct but when i am given the order its often wrong and not what i ordered. Either the staff are dumb and incompetent or they do it on purpose. another update- this branch is ridiculous and full of ridiculously stupid staff who cant get a simple order correct- id advise sacking them all. yet another update- asked for buffalo chicken wrap and was given a mayo one in a packet that sad buffalo on it. after swapping it the wrap was 10x more spicy than it usually is, obviously had been tampered with. 2019 update- found a hair in my spicy chicken snack wrap. asked for a veggie wrap with no tomato and was given one...

This place is just inconsistent in food and service but never reaching a good, just fluctuates between poor and average. Last visit sat at the drive through window waiting for my order to be taken whilst 2 vehicles who arrived after me had their order taken on the adjacent intercom. Eventually got served and following the obligatory wait in the car park about 10 min (food is 50/50 whether it's ready) my order came and again not unusual when I got home items were missing and the burgers look like someone stands at the side and literally throws items into a bun. I would like to say this is a one off but it is the standard of this restaurant. It has gotten worse since the amount of delivery drivers at this place. They consistently restrict access to the site, then if you have gone inside to order they barge up to the counter demanding their orders and leave their insulated bags all over as a trip hazard even to a point of placing them around you if you have been so rude as to stand where they like to congregate.
