My family loves going to the Mooboo in Eden Shopping Centre for the Frappe's. Unfortunately the staff always dampen the experience. Each time we want to order this product, we are told that they do not have ice. After being turned away a number of times, we addressed this issue with some of the staff members and they were rude and definitely did not treat us like regular customers should be.
