Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

This has to be the worst morrisons cafe I have had the misfortune to have visited. Paid for 2 breakfast, a coffee & orange juice. 45 mins later no breakfasts. When I went to ask where they were I was told that they had came out to which I advised not to our table. What is difficult about getting food to a numbered table. They said they could make some more & it would be 2mins to which I knew they would put the ones that never got to us in the microwave. I asked for a refund to which I advised that I would have to pay for the coffee & orange juice to which I advised I don't think so I want a full refund. The young person that I dealt with seemed to thing ot was funny. Obviously has no customer services training & is a waste of space. Need to sack all of the staff & start again or close it down as they have no clue how to run a cafe. No star rating absolute joke avoid you have...

We visited the cafe at the Aylesbury branch on 19 June for 2 coffees. After waiting about 10 minutes to be served with only one customer in front of us we paid for the coffees at 11.41 am.

We then waited and waited and when asked about our order we were told they were short staffed. However there were 3 people working in the cafe and people coming in after us had all received their food and drinks. At 12 o'clock we were told our drinks would be made. However 2 men who had come in 20 minutes after us then got their food and drinks along with at least 4 other customers.

We asked for a refund but was told the Manager had to approve this. After waiting for 10 minutes for the Manager we were then told he had no authority to approve a refund!!! Another assistant came to process the refund so we left after 3/4 of an hour with no coffees.

This was truly appalling...

What can you say about Morrisons cafe it's experience that's for sure you have to say what table you want before you sit down which is a bit weird then there seems to be a little Asian woman who comes out with food who looks totally lost like she's in some game show and they have thrust a plate of food in her hand and said right! Find out who ordered this it's quite comical so thank you Morrisons for the unexpected entertainment food is ok plates are cold your not told where anything is like knives and forks or condiments so if first time you would easily miss it it's help yourself to coffee which is ok overall food for price is good it just all seems a little chaotic there will go again even if it's just for entertainment it ...
