Horrendous table service- my grandparents and I were waiting for almost half an hour for someone to finally clean our table and STILL forgot to take most of the trash off. Tried to say something but they assured it would be clean afterwards (afterwards as in after WE LEFT). The 'waitresses' barely knew what they were doing as they walked around with our meal like headless chickens, and spilt my grans drink as she tried to pit it on the table, making a bug mess on the ground and what did the lady do? Nothing! Just leaving a health and trip hazard on the floor, clearly could seriously hurt someone if they were to fall.
The atmosphere is noisy and cramped, a truely horrible way to start off a tuesday afternoon. Kids and children were screaming their heads off, but no-one asked to keep them down. The tables are so squished together, I'm basically sitting with the people on the on the other side of the god damn room.
The font on the menu signs are too small and close together, making it impossible to read from your table. The cashier can barely hear what you say after you repeat yourself like five million times and they keep interupting you while your talking with friends asking you to repeat the order for them.
Worst café experience I've ever experienced. Wilo not come back again and will be happy y enough it were...

I had the fish and chips, sadly this appeared to be from a supermarket frozen aisle and was not freshly cooked. Poor attitude from the owner saying freshly battered fish was cook to order only and would be £15+
This cafe has attractive competitive prices but would not return on this experience.
If you can't cook a battered fish, don't bother putting it on the menu.
Update: The owner wanted to clarify that it didn't state the fish was fresh, although it didn't state it was a frozen fish fillet from Morrisons either. When ordering fish and chips, unless at a supermarket cafe, one expects the fish to be freshly battered. The owner did not wish to change the meal and has an awful attitude when it comes to complaints about the food...
Read moreMuzza's Kitchen is an absolute gem of a place, and worthy of our annual pilgrimage just for their ice cream sundaes! The menu is extensive, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced (we had goats cheese pie with salad and chips; pork and chorizo stew; and a very generous ploughmans - yummy! 😋), and their range of homemade ice cream is both extensive and mouth watering. You will struggle to choose, but don't worry because if you're really stuck they offer an ice cream 'tapas' - eight different flavours of your choice presented in individual tubs. They are understandably popular so you might struggle to get a table if you don't book in advance. Family run with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude - definitely worth visiting (again, and...
